We do receive a lot of enquiries and try our best to respond as quickly as possible. However, we aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your message, in busy periods it may take us a bit longer. 

HOW DO I SIZE MY POOCH?:

HOW DO I REDEEM A DISCOUNT CODE?:

Sometimes we offer special promotions or discounts that can be redeemed with a discount code.

Discounts are only offered on LITTLE KITTY CO. branded products (unless stated otherwise).

Discounts cannot be applied to FINAL SALE or GIFT CARDS items.

Discounts cannot be applied to SHIPPING fees.

During the checkout process you will have the option to enter a discount code. Please remember to press APPLY. 

Please note: only one discount code can be used at a time.

All discounts must be applied prior to Checking Out. Once an order is placed, a discount code cannot be applied to it.

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT ORDERED THE INCORRECT ITEM, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?:

Because we aim to process and ship your order within 24-48 hours it may not be possible to change or cancel your order. 

Please email us at info@thelittlekittyco.com and we will do our best to accommodate your change or cancellation.

Please note it is not possible to change or cancel an order that has already been processed and dispatched. In this case please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

I RECEIVED A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION, BUT MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?:

Before contacting us, please ensure you have allowed sufficient time for your order to arrive. Domestic deliveries range from between 1-6 days (interstate and remote deliveries may be longer) and international deliveries can take between 5-15 days. Please note that in busy periods, these time-frames may not be able to be met by the postal carriers we use.

If you feel your delivery has been unnecessarily delayed please contact us by email (info@thelittlekittyco.com) and we will investigate further.

THE ITEM I PURCHASED FOR MY CAT DOESN'T FIT, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?:

We are sorry to hear that. But you are in luck if you return any items, that meet our Returns and Refunds policy requirements, within 21 days of receiving your item(s). Within this time-frame we are able to process a refund; and you can re-purchase in the correct size.

The best thing to do is to check out our Returns and Refunds policy and send an email to info@thelittlekittyco.com 

MY ITEM HAS WEAR AND TEAR OR MY CAT HAS CHEWED THE ITEM, IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?:

Unfortunately we cannot be liable for any items that are affected by wear and tear, scratching or chewing.

Please ensure that you do not leave your cat or kitten unattended with any items that they may be able to damage.

LITTLE KITTY CO. do not assume any responsibility for any damage or injuries that occur during the use or misuse of our products. Please ensure that our products are used responsibility and are examined for any wear and tear prior to use.

Never leave detachable accessories unattended.

WHAT DOES FINAL SALE MEAN?:

Items that are on final sale, are items that are from previous seasons. These items are more than likely discontinued and will not be restocked. Please choose carefully, as all items that are marked with FINAL SALE, cannot be returned.

Yayyyyy! We are super excited that you would like to range our products. We are always on the look out for stockists.

Please send an email to wholesale@thelittlekittyco.com with a little bit of information about your business, where you are located and your ABN number and we will send you some information about our wholesale opportunities. 

ARE MY DETAILS AND CREDIT CARD DETAILS SAFE WHEN I PURCHASE FROM LITTLE KITTY CO.?: 

Yes, most definitely. We protect the security of all sensitive information transmitted to us with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

During payment processing and also within other secure areas of our website this secure layer encrypts the information you provide to us such as passwords and credit card details.

Because we respect your privacy and are appreciative of your business and the trust you have placed in us, at no stage (other than to complete a delivery) will we provide any account information, email, contact or other personal information to any third party vendors or service providers.
